TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products made by the Seller, hereafter referred to as Phoenix Home, to the Buyer. The Seller means Phoenix Home, whos place of business is
Unit 2 Ladeside Business Centre, St Catherines Road, Perth. PH1 5RZ and the company’s website, www.phoenixhome.co.uk.
The Buyer shall mean the person(s), firm or company seeking to purchase the goods from the Seller.
Gallery Purchases and Picture Framing
'Off the shelf' purchases from our gallery space can be returned for a full refund within 14 days with proof of purchase.
Purchases of bespoke picture framing cannot be returned for a refund as these are bespoke purchases made solely for the purchaser. Should there be an issue with your custom made picture frame we will endeavour to repair or replace the frame at our discretion.
Items Sent By Post or courier
For items sent by post/courier we will require you the customer to return the item to us, once we have received the damaged item we will get an identical replacement item sent straight out to you.
Garden Structures and Furniture
As almost everything is made to order for you please keep this in mind when you place your order, you have 14 days from placing your order to change your mind and ask for a full refund. after this you may only be eligible for a partial refund depending on costs incurred in the workshop. completed orders cannot be returned for a refund and can only be returned if faulty and shall be replaced by an identical item. Should a problem arise with one of our larger custom made items such as swings, arbours etc. We shall in the first instance endeavour to repair, not replace the item. if an onsite repair is not possible we shall discuss the best course of action with you the client before deciding the best way forward.
Sheds and Summerhouses
As Our sheds and summerhouses are a bespoke items made just for you, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. Please be aware of this when placing your order.
You have 14 days from placing your to change your mind and ask for a full refund of your deposit. After this period you may only be eligible for a part refund depending on any costs incurred in the workshop.
In the event of any issued with your new structure we will endeavour to visit you at our earliest convenience and assess the issue. We will always attempt a repair before considering removing and replacing any part of the structure.
We are aware that there may be snagging issues after the installation of your new structure and although not common iut shouldn't be cause for concern. Mostly these issues centre around the door area as your structure settles. We are happy to take care of any snagging issues for up to one year after installation but normally a few minor adjustments is enough to take care of any issues.

Ownership
Ownership of Sheds, summerhouses and other large structures remain property of Phoenix Home until payment is received in full.
Deposits and final payments
A 50% deposit is required to book your space on the waiting list. The remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours before an agreed delivery date. installation will not take place until the final balance has been paid.
Order waiting times.
When placing your order you will be given an estimated timescale for completion of your structure. This is by no means a legally binding set time and can change for any number of factors from the weather, to timber supply problems, Staff sickness and many other unforeseen circumstances.
Installation and agreed dates.
Although we endeavour to install on the date we agree, the date given is by no means a binding agreement. There are factors such as the weather that could affect this.
Any attempted repairs to our sheds or summerhouses by a 3rd party will void this 1 year period and Phoenix Home and its employees will no longer be liable to carry out any future repairs. Any required repairs must be carried out by Phoenix Home employees during this time, unless otherwise agreed.

Our non refund policy is due solely to the fact that all items are custom made for you. In many instances they are stained or painted to the clients choice too. For these reasons we can only repair or replace any item that may arrive damaged. For items sent by post/courier we will require you the customer to return the item to us, once we have received the damaged item we will get an identical replacement item sent straight out to you.
